As Colter Bay Village is a temporary home for campers and cabin dwellers alike, the General Store is well stocked for every type of visitor.

In addition to a wide selection of groceries, it offers snacks and beverages including liqor wine and beer. It offers an organic section with fresh fruit and homemade pastries. The general store also has a hand dipped ice cream counter as well as a deli for grab and go items. We have ice and firewood for campers and an ATM for emergency cash. Be sure to stop in before you head out for a day of adventure. The Gift Shop - With so many gifts and unique souvenirs, you could be entertained here for hours.

Be sure to browse our regional memorabilia, photography books, and other local creations. At the back of the store, we offer apparel and outerwear, just in case the weather happens to change during your visit.

The Marina Store is here to outfit you with the essentials for adventure on the lake, including a Wyoming fishing license, fishing tackle, and all the extras such as snacks, beverages, and beer. The marina is also the departure point for our Jackson Lake cruises, guided fishing trips, and boat rentals. Hiking near Colter Bay Village is one of the Teton experiences that is perfect for the entire family. The trails near Colter Bay are primarily flat and some are even paved.

Follow this mostly level trail to serene and quiet ponds. This hike offers many opportunities for bird watching and other wildlife spotting. It's a great trail for families and hikers of all levels. This 10 mile loop trail is mostly level and provides the perfect day those looking for a longer but rewarding hike. The trail traverses rolling terrain through forests, meadows, ponds, streams and wildlife habitat. Hermitage Point, about 5 miles one way, provides panoramic and stunning views of Jackson Lake and the Teton Mountain Range.

Please check individual room listings for room specific amenities. As with all campgrounds in the park, the Colter Bay Campground is very popular and tends to fill up quickly. Visitors are strongly encouraged to plan ahead. Each tent site has a gravel parking space for two vehicles and tent pad for up to one tent. There are limited sites for tent campers with multiple tents or extra-large tents.

Group sites require at least 10 guests or more and are mainly for tent camping, with limited space for RV's. Each RV site has a back-in or pull-through gravel parking space for one RV and one tow vehicle, with a maximum total length of 45 feet.

There is a complimentary RV dump station and potable water filling station available to guests, and propane is available for purchase at the nearby RV Park. All sites include a picnic table, a fire pit with metal fire grate, bear-proof food storage lockers, and access to nearby water spigots, flush toilets, and laundry and showers available for an additional fee.

The campground loop roads are paved and mostly level, with some sloping incline and decline. Restroom facilities are partially accessible, with accessible showers available at the launderette. Cellular coverage varies, and may be available depending location within the campground and service provider. In fact, the best part about the cabins is their location to the lake, nearby rental water boats and hiking trails.
